Pinetreejamboree, “the 1/2 fast, hot rod races,” is a period-correct, moving history exhibition celebrating flathead engines and the early days of drag racing, tracing its roots from the early teens to the early 50s! It is also a camping event where racing happens! It is as much about the people as about the cars and racing! Spectators are invited and encouraged to set up and camp alongside the racers to enjoy a family campfire and great company among like-minded people.

Rules and Regulations
This is open to any two- or four-wheeled flathead-powered vehicle from 1953 and earlier, including hot rods, trucks, dragsters, customs, race cars, and stock vehicles.
All vehicles must be period correct, traditional 1953 and earlier build style.
Original style steel or wire wheels only.
(wheel exceptions made for dragsters and comp cars)
Bias ply or bias ply look tires only.
No visible coil-over shocks.
No visible independent front ends.
No rat rods or art cars, please.
Must have a seatbelt.
DOT helmets required
Coolant overflow can required.
All vehicles must be submitted to get pre-registered and accepted.

Racer weekend package is $160, which includes a car, driver, pit area, and camping.

Test and Tune Friday afternoon

Saturday, Sept 14th, gates open at 9 am racing all-day
Food Trucks and Band Saturday Evening.
Sunday, Sept 15th, gates open at 9 am
Bracket and All DAY Open Race until 1 pm
Entry Fees: CASH ONLY at Gate
Racers Package $160 includes car, driver, camping, paved pit area, and unlimited racing. Fees are paid at the gate upon arrival.
Spectators' weekend entry pass is $40
Spectators' daily entry pass is $15
Spectators’ Camping weekend pass is $20 per person.
**Kids 12 and under are free

Swap Meet Vendor spots are complimentary with any entry pass.
Food and drinks are available for purchase on-site

Traditional Speed and Custom
Mid-Summer Trials
July 13-14
The Traditional Speed and Custom Mid-Summer Speed Trials are scheduled to take place on July 13th and 14th, providing an excellent opportunity for you to test and fine-tune your flathead-powered vehicles. You can come to Maine and participate in this two-day racing extravaganza before the September Pinetreejamboree event.
Please note that Pinetreejamboree Rules and Regulations apply to this event, but pre-registration is not required. Camping is available in the designated area on Thursday through Sunday. The gate fee for this event is $15 per day, or you can purchase a 2-day pass for $25. Also, don't forget to obtain a tech card for $23. If you are planning to stay for the weekend, it will cost $20 per person for camping.
If you are interested in participating in the All Day Reliability Run, it is scheduled for Friday, 7/12, and it will start at 10 am. Please mark your calendar and make sure you don't miss it!
